Klassy Glassy ships all of your orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). We take pride in every Klassy Glassy product and we want to make sure your order is delivered to you safe and sound.
PROCESSING YOUR RETAIL ORDER
Klassy Glassy strives to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment. Occasionally we may hold orders for up to 3 days to allow for complete order shipment. We will notify you if there are any delays in processing your order.
All of our glass items are individually packaged and wrapped in 3 protective layers of bubble wrapping. Then each item is securely sealed in our 200 ECT (edge crush test) shipping containers for delivery to you.
All of the shipping costs you see for our products are the actual UPS / USPS rates. Discounts are applied as the weight of your shipment increases and we pass all rate savings on to you.
Klassy Glassy will supply a tracking number(s) for your order. Your tracking information will be automatically e-mailed to your account e-mail address. You can also track your orders by logging into your account and clicking on the order under the Recent Orders section.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Klassy Glassy maintains an extensive inventory of your favorite items. If an item is not available when we ship your order, Klassy Glassy will ship the remainder of your order and ship the back ordered item to you at our expense.
VALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
Klassy Glassy will only ship to verified United States Postal Service addresses. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees and return package costs.
